We offer a 14 day guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your goods please contact us and we can arrange a return for a full refund or a replacement. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and must be received in original condition.

Chest mounts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction including ABS mount component, binding tape, stitching and construction materials.

The guarantee does not cover damage due to fair wear and tear, crash damage, accidental damage, rips, tears, abrasion, chemical or fuel damage, UV degradation, misuse or neglect.

OTB (trading as OTB GEAR) assumes no liability for lost or damaged cameras, smartphones or other equipment used with the PAKMOUNT chest mount.
